The solo exhibition "Rumors about Rooms" by Markus Prummer addresses the current housing crisis and vacancy in urban centers. His large-scale abstract paintings, characterized by the use of vibrant and neon colors in acrylic and acrylic spray, visualize the tightness and fragmentation of urban living spaces as well as the paradoxical empty spaces of abandoned shops. Through the intense color compositions and layered textures, the exhibition invites the viewer to reflect on the complex social and economic dynamics of urban spaces and to consider the contrasting aspects of density and vacancy.
