OUR CONCEPT
Hybrid concept offers an innovative opportunity to exhibit artworks not only locally but also to actively promote and sell them worldwide through our in-house online art platform. We advocate for a new era of art presentation that blurs the boundaries between physical and digital exhibition spaces.
WHAT CAN YOU EXHIBIT
Whether paintings, sculptures, or ceramics - every artwork will be professionally and structurally promoted during the exhibition and offered for sale online. You will have the chance to showcase your works both locally and sell them worldwide online!
WHO WE ARE
MA of Arts Peter Von Hauerland and his creative team have developed the concept of the HYBRID GALLERY in 2022 and launched it for the first time in 2023 in stealth mode. The online art trading platform vonhauerland.com has already been programmed and can accommodate its first "guest" artists.
WHAT WE OFFER
A curated installation of artworks in the gallery's spaces. Subsequently, a marketing concept tailored to the artwork will be developed, with preparation of promotional materials beginning on the first day! As a special opening offer, we provide a professional online marketing promo package for free. This includes studio lighting, a professional photographer, and video editing at an advertising agency level.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Most public online art platforms now require the artist to commit to a costly subscription and only allow them to upload a few images online. We believe in active curating online and want to help the artist tell their unique story. Additionally, our cost structure relieves the artist of any expenses if their work doesn't sell, and the exhibition is completely free in that case.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Dedicated "Artist of the Week" featured newsletter sent to potential customers and 120 galleries throughout Europe. Increased visibility for your artwork across all of our social networks. Most importantly, you can expect to have more time for your creative work by not having to worry about your own online shop or any promotional activities regarding your hybrid exhibition. The cost structure is designed to incentivize the curator to sell. Let the curator act in a structured and creative way for you!
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS?
Option N.1 "Everything on site":
In advance, a free rental agreement for the duration of the exhibition of the exhibited artworks will be negotiated and concluded. It can be terminated by either party at any time, even proportionally, if the artist finds a buyer on their own initiative earlier. The duration of the exhibition is negotiable and serves the purpose of creating images and videos on a regular basis for marketing purposes. The artist will give a series of interviews or a detailed description of the artworks in various variations. There is the possibility for the artist to organize and conduct the vernissage and finnisage on their own initiative and at their own expense. The gallery does not provide printing materials. We believe the era of flyers and posters is long gone.
Option 2: "1 day installation, online only afterwards"
In this option, the artworks are delivered by Artist, installed in the physical gallery, and extensively photographed and filmed in various lighting settings by the curators team on a designated day. The artist provides a series of interviews or a detailed description of the artworks in different variations. Afterwards, the artist takes all of his artworks back home.
Option 3: “Everything online.
Your Art will be embeded in our Online Art Marketplace. You can initially submit 5-10 Artworks. We discuss detail of this procedure after your succesfull submission is approved.
CURATORIAL CLAUSE
The curator reserves the right to decide which of the artist's provided works will be included in the exhibition. The curator is allowed to depict the works in different lighting conditions during the exhibition. The curator is allowed to rearrange the works during the exhibition to present a variety of staging, meaning a different wall or pedestal installations. Copyright of any images, videos, and other materials created during the exhibition remains with the curator even after the exhibition and/or sale of the artwork.
COSTS IN GENERAL
No subscription fees, no membership fees, no deposit or rent for the gallery space. If the exhibition ends without successful sales mediation, there are absolutely no costs pending for the artist. PERFORMANCE-BASED COSTS
In the event of a successful sale arrangement on-site or online, the gallery will deduct agreed % of the sale amount. Pricing of Artworks The artist has sole discretion over the pricing of their artworks. The curator will provide recommendations on pricing trends and market segment in case of significant misjudgment.
SUCCESSFUL SALE
After a successful sale, the artist will be immediately informed about the details of the sale. For art enthusiasts who pick up the artwork themselves, the artist should only provide appropriate transport protection for the artwork. In the case of an online sale, the artist will pick up the artwork and send it insured to the buyer. The artist covers packaging costs, insurance, and delivery costs. After confirming receipt of the delivery or self-pickup of the artwork, agreed % of the sale amount will be transferred to the artist via immediate bank transfer (unless otherwise agreed).

We are convinced that our terms are very accessible compared to highly established art houses and online art trading platforms. Optional „zero-sale zero-cost“ concept is a unique starting platform for artists who do not want to incur marketing costs in the audience-seeking phase.
